Leigh is an experienced leader with 15 years of consulting, sales and management experience in the IT services sector.
Leigh joined CharterMason in September of 2006 and is the managing partner responsible for the Business Development function within CharterMason.
Leigh is also responsible for the recruiting function within CharterMason. As such he works closely with our customers and other CharterMason partners' to ensure we are able to attract and retain the right level of talent into our business in a timely manner.
As a member of the Executive Team, Leigh assists in determining the strategic direction for the business development and recruiting functions, as well as working with the other members of the executive to define the direction of the business into the future.
Leigh's personal goals are to continue to develop the CharterMason business into a leading player in the market and to balance this with his commitments to family and sporting pursuits.
Before joining CharterMason Leigh held business development and account management roles at DWS and Logica across Asia Pacific.
