Esanda engaged Charter Mason as a strategic sourcing partner to provide a range of consulting services, working closely with Esanda IT to assist in achieving excellence across a range of metrics including project delivery, release management and customer satisfaction. Charter Mason provided Portfolio, Engagement, Support, Release and Project Management, and Business Analysis services to Esanda.
One of our key responsibilities was to provide mentoring and development of Esanda staff to further develop their in house capability across a range of areas.
