Project Description

  • World Vision engaged Charter Mason to review its capabilities for managing its supporters, whose donations are so critical to World Vision’s mission. It was seeking an assessment and recommendations on a stratetgic IT approach to support better access to and management of supporter information, and to improve capability in understanding engaging those supporters across all of its campaigns.

During 2007 Charter Mason worked with World Vision to understand the processes that underpin the supporter management business function, align them with World Vision’s strategic objectives and develop an opportunity case for improving the supporter management capability.

In early 2008 Charter Mason helped World Vision test the market for potential solutions. This process was integrated with the development of a new operating model, audience engagement strategy and enterprise architecture for World Vision Australia.
