Create a comprehensive and fully integrated business to business (B2B) solution for Fonterra product delivery to Coles Supermarkets.
Fonterra engaged Charter Mason to provide project management services across the entire project to ensure a smooth and seamless implementation with minimal disruption to Coles deliveries and warehouse activity.
Coles remarked that this work was the smoothest B2B implementation in which it had ever been involved.
The project has enabled Fonterra to now implement B2B with other major customers as required in a turnkey solution.

Radio Frequency Upgrade - Altona National Delivery Centre

Project Description
To determine the degree of ill repair of all radio frequency equipment at the National distribution centre and implement an upgrade solution for hardware, software and business process redesign that would facilitate efficient product handling and inventory management, and to minimise significant stock losses.
Charter Mason provided project management services to engage with the external vendor who supplied the hardware and operating system, and to coordinate activities between the DC staff and Fonterra IS staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new operating model.
